Truemeds - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

There are certain conditions under which a refund or return is permissible:

• If an issue is raised within 15 days of delivery, a ticket must be raised on the Android / iOS app/ website to process a refund. Beyond this period, no refunds will be processed.


• In instances of missing, damaged, or incorrect medicines, the refund is processed back to the original payment source within 48 hours after the complaint's genuineness is verified. For cash on delivery payments, the amount will be credited to TM Credit. The return pickup for these medicines will be arranged.


• Should a medicine recommended by Truemeds not be suitable, a refund can be initiated. It is processed back to the original payment source or credited to TM Credit for cash payments, again within 48 hours of the issue being raised. A return pickup for the remaining medicines will be arranged.


• If an error was made by the customer during the order process, a return request can be raised through a ticket within 15 days of delivery. Following the return pickup and verification of the returned medicines, a refund will be initiated to the customer's TM Credit account within 48 hours of receipt by Truemeds.
