How can one return an order from Skechers?

SKECHERS Online Return Policy

If not entirely satisfied with a purchase, it is possible to return any unworn/defective item(s) within 15 days upon receiving the product. To start the return process, requests for a refund must be submitted. Please note that all return shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost is to be borne solely by the customer. The refund will only include the cost of the item(s) and tax.

Refund Process and Information

• Most returns are processed within 5-10 business days after the merchandise is received at the warehouse.
• An email confirmation is sent once the return has been processed.
• Returned items must be in a marketable condition and in their original packaging. The shoe box must not be damaged or smudged.
• Items should be packed and sealed securely in an undamaged bag along with the shipping slip or order form.
• The return code should be affixed on the shipping slip and the parcel shipped to the warehouse.
• It is advised not to use the original see-through packing bag for returns to prevent loss during shipping.
• The credit/debit card company that issued the credit will determine the posting date for the refund, which should generally appear within 30 business days, however, in certain cases, it may take up to two billing cycles.

Reasons for Unacceptable returns:

• Products improperly used, in contact with damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, cooking oil, or overheated.
• Products with loose threads or cracks from external scratches or internal wear and tear.
• Products damaged due to use beyond intended service life.
• Products damaged due to improper washing.
• Products with color fading from display.

Information about delivery in Skechers

Delivery Times
SKECHERS Online orders are processed and shipped from the warehouse Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays begin processing on the next business day. Shipping notifications are emailed immediately after the order has been shipped.

If an order is placed at 2pm or later on a Friday, it will not start to process until the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, the order will not start processing until Tuesday. It's important to note that SKECHERS Online only ships within Malaysia and does not ship to international addresses.

Delivery Charges

• For orders with values above RM150 for West Malaysia, standard shipping is free.
• A standard shipping charge of RM5 will be applied to orders with values less than RM150 for West Malaysia.
• For East Malaysia, a standard shipping charge of RM12 will be applied to orders with values below RM150.
• For orders above RM150 in East Malaysia, a shipping charge of RM8 will be applied.

Shipping Notifications
Customers receive notifications to keep them informed about the package's status. After placing an order, an order confirmation message is sent out. Another notification is sent once the order leaves the warehouse.

To check the status of an order, click on "My Orders" at the bottom left side of the page. After signing in to "My Account", the order details and status will be visible.

Order Status Meanings:

1. Pending Payment - Order created, edits/updates can be made.
2. Payment Confirmed - In progress, no changes can be made.
3. Shipped Out - Order has been shipped.
4. Parcel Delivered - Order has been delivered.
5. Order Cancelled - Order has been cancelled.

To view SKECHERS Online order history, select Sign In at the bottom left-hand corner of the page and enter your Email and Password. Once logged in, click "My Orders" on the left navigation bar.

Once an order has shipped, a tracking number is provided for customers to check the status of their order. Tracking numbers are also included in the shipment confirmation email, which is sent the morning after an order is completed and picked up by the carrier.

To cancel an order, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours from the time they are placed. Due to the quick delivery process, cancellations are not guaranteed and changes cannot be made if the order is no longer in New status.
