• Items must be returned in the original condition with all tags attached, without makeup stains or perfume odours (any returns where these are present will not be accepted).

• Refunds are not offered on sale or promotional items, or where a discount/coupon code has been used. Instead, a store credit will be processed for the amount paid for such items, excluding shipping.

   • Store credits are offered for the total amount of full-priced items returned, excluding shipping.

2. RETURN FOR A REFUND
   
   • Refunds are offered for returned full-priced items in accordance with the terms and conditions.
   • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method, minus the cost of the shipping label.
   • If the payment was made with a Buy Now, Pay Later provider or other services that do not refund the merchant fee to Bohemian Traders, the associated merchant fee will be deducted from the refund.

1. Within 7 business days of receipt of an order, raise an RMA number & return the item/s.
