How to return an order in Taking Shape?

Returns Policy & How to Return Your Item

• Extended Returns period to 60 days for purchases made between 1st December – 31st December, subject to standard Returns Policy terms.
• Returns accepted within 30 days of the order dispatch date for online purchases.
• Online purchases returns require terms and conditions of the Returns Policy to be met.

Return to online store:

• Use a trackable method of postage; Taking Shape is not responsible for parcels until they reach the fulfilment centre.
• No Cash on Delivery returns accepted.
• Does not cover return postage costs to the online store.
• Items for exchange can be taken to Taking Shape boutique stores if stock is available (excludes Myer concept stores).
• In-store purchases cannot be returned to the Online Store.
• To return items by post, complete the Returns section on the Invoice and send to the provided address.
• Exchanges by post are not offered.
• Items from the Online Clearance Outlet cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Return in store:

• Returns can be made at any New Zealand Taking Shape Boutique.
• An Order Confirmation Email (Tax Invoice) is required as proof of purchase.
• PayPal payments require return to Online Store for refund; store returns will be issued a Store Credit Note.
• Items from the Online Clearance Outlet cannot be returned unless faulty.
• For Afterpay payments, the Afterpay Card is necessary for store refunds or else a Credit Note is provided.

In store purchases:

• In store purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Boutique purchases:

• Return to any New Zealand Taking Shape Store with receipt.

Clearance Store & Factory Outlet Purchases:

• Return to the original store of purchase for exchange only; no refunds or credit notes provided for Clearance Store & Factory Outlet Purchases.

Gift Cards

• Gift Cards cannot be refunded once purchased.

Afterpay

• Online Orders can be returned in stores for a refund with Afterpay Card.
• If the Afterpay Card is not available, a Credit Note will be issued for store returns.

Returns policy:

• Proof of purchase required for returns.
• Item/s must be unworn, unwashed with tags and hygiene strips attached.
• Items purchased using gift cards are refundable but not exchangeable.
• Refunds are issued in the original payment method and may take 2-3 business days to appear in the account.
• Items purchased in Australia cannot be exchanged or refunded in New Zealand.
• In-store purchases cannot be returned to the Online Store.
• Briefs, earrings, face masks and hosiery due to hygiene restrictions; items from Online Clearance Outlet, unless faulty, are ineligible for return.
