Returns Policy

• Customers can return any purchases within 30 days of the delivery date by requesting a scheduled return, free of charge.
• All products must be returned unworn and unused, with all related accessories and in the original box and packaging.
• Shoes should be tried on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid sole damage.
• Returns are not valid on Pre-Loved products, earrings, skincare, fragrances, stockings, socks, e-Gift Cards, lotions, shoe-care products, personalized products at The Personalisation Hub, sneakers acquired through raffles or limited edition styles.
• If an item(s) is in a satisfactory condition, the original payment method will be refunded. Cash on Delivery purchases will be refunded via a Level Shoes e-Gift Card.
• If returned item(s) have been worn or damaged, the return will not be accepted.
• Refunds can take between 2-10 business days, depending on the registered bank.

How to Request a Return

1. Sign into your account and go to My Account > My Orders.
2. Select View to expand the order you wish to return.
3. Click on the Return button next to the item and select a reason from the list.
4. A team member will contact you to confirm the pick-up location and time.
