• For COD orders, contact customer support for assistance with the return. Refunds for COD orders post-receipt in the warehouse and successful quality check usually take from 10-14 working days.
• Valid proof of purchase is required.
• The Product must be exchanged/returned with its original receipt, included in the delivery. Bank statements will not be accepted.
• The Product is undamaged, unopened, unused, in its original packaging, with swing tags.
• If the Product was part of a special multi-buy offer, all of the Products purchased in the offer must be returned simultaneously.
• Perfumes and beauty items can only be exchanged if they are in their original packing.
