How to return purchases in Mytheresa?

Returns & Exchanges Policy at Mytheresa
Thank you for shopping with Mytheresa. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase within 30 days of receipt. For returns, please follow the instructions for returning with the same carrier that shipped your order. For exchanges, please see the information below.

• Returns with DHL:
  1. Using the enclosed returns and exchanges form, please indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason, or your desired exchange size.
  2. Please insert the form with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
  3. Fill in the three copies of the Pro-Forma invoice, insert each one into the included transparent envelope, and attach it to the parcel without closing it. These documents are required for customs, so please complete all three copies.
  4. There are two options for handing over your parcel to DHL: drop-off or pick-up.
     • For drop-offs, leave a labeled DHL parcel at the nearest drop-off store.
     • For pick-ups, arrange a collection.
  5. Once the returned item(s) have been received, the refund will be confirmed as soon as it has been processed.
• How to exchange:
  To exchange your item(s), contact the Customer Care team to reserve the new desired size and follow the steps mentioned above. Once the return has been received and processed, the exchanged item(s) will be shipped.
• Returns conditions:
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached.
  • Include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
  • Only one prepaid label is provided for each order, so all goods must be returned in the same parcel.
  • Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL).
  • Returns can only be accepted from the country to which an order was originally shipped.
  • Customized items cannot be returned.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method or opted into store credit.
