NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE :

• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged
• Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
• The product would be picked in 5–7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.
• Alterations would be done only once for the blouses or customized orders, if needed. If further alterations are needed, the alteration and courier charges would have to be borne by the customer.
• Products bought during sale are non-refundable

• Suta Garage & Relove products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Domestic Orders:

• Cancellation Policy
  1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
• Return Policy
  1. If the product is received in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, refuse the package. Contact via the designated email mentioning your Order ID for replacement at no additional cost.
  2. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  3. Raise your return request within 10 days of receiving the shipment through the provided link.
  4. For damaged/incorrect/incomplete orders, contact within 48 hours of receiving the order with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item to arrange a replacement or refund.

  1. Raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product through the provided link. An approval mail from Suta should be received within 48 hours if the request is accepted. A Credit Note will be issued for the product price once the product pick-up is complete.
  2. Ensure that the original product tag and packing are intact when the product is collected for return.
  3. No return and exchange requests would be accepted if raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment.
  4. Customized products are not eligible for exchange.
  5. Credit Note issued cannot be en-cashed.

International Orders:

• There is no return or exchange policy for international customers. However, for any queries, customers can contact the store at the provided email address.
• If an international customer wishes to return the product, it should be shipped back at the customer's own expense. Refunds for the product will be provided either to the original mode of payment or as a store credit, after a quality check, ensuring the original product tag is intact.
• Order cancellations must be made before the order is shipped to receive a full refund. Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed, and no refund would be provided.
