Return Policy – OXWHITE

• Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days from the delivery date for products ordered via OXWHITE official website.
• For exchanges or returns due to size or change of mind, use the link from OXWHITE website.
• Products must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.
• If a product has defects or a wrong item is received, contact the Customer Experience Team with order number and photo evidence.

Excluded Items

• All Women Innerwears excluding the Wire-Free Bra, all Towels, all Men Innerwears, all Face Masks, and all Socks are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.

Free Gift Policy

• Free gifts must be returned if the whole order is returned for a refund, else their value will be deducted from the refund.
• Free gifts received with exchanges or partial returns do not need to be returned.

No Nonsense Return Policy

• Returned items must be sent within 30 days of receipt.
